Fifty years from now, will you remember where you were when you heard the news that everybody's favorite Uncle Newty would not be honoring the country with a Gingrich presidency? Will you possibly be able to forget the tears? The sorrow? The bitter bitter disappointment? Did you even know that he was maybe gonna run?

Well, whatever. He's dropped out before he even ever officially dropped in. And though he claims that it was so that he'll have more time to work with his American Solutions organization (whatever that is), those of us at Indecision 2008 know better.

We're hearing from a pretty reliable (and, by "reliable," we mean "not actually reliable") source that Gingrich got a look at our Video Face-Off and was somewhat less than impressed with his 0% standing.
