This is it, folks. Barackmaggedon. Here's what happened last time:
Yes, take out your earplugs and scrub your brain of that tortured neologism. Senator Barack Obama will be sitting down with Jon Stewart Monday night at 11pm ET/10pm CT. Rumors are flying, but my guess is he'll announce he's running for president.
This follows his surprise appearance last night on The Colbert Report.
What would you like to see Jon ask Mr. Elite-y Elitist himself?

U.S. Senator Obama, why won't you come clean on the fun raiser William Ayers had for you when you were running for the State Senate? Being that William Ayers was a member of the Weather Underground Organization in the 1970's. William Ayers was quoted in 2001 stating, "I don't regret setting bombs".
U.S. Senator Obama, why won't you come clean about 'Wise Guy' Tony Rezko who was arrested and in jail now in Chicago who backed you for State Senate and U.S. Senate and then you bought your home for $1,900.000 and not $2,200,000 and then land next door that was all connected to 'Wise Guy' Tony Rezko? Do you think we can take 4 years of you being investigated?
U.S. Senator Obama, as I am a man of Faith not Religious Cults, I wanted to know why you have continued to 'Tap Dance' about your close friend the Rev. Wright who G.D. America? Just because you continue to say you were not in church the Sunday he said these things you surely have seen them on TV and YouTube. As your church even has been selling DVD's of this Sermon and others of Rev. Wright going off. Do you think because you state each time he ever said anything off the wall you were not in church when he said things but have only been there when he said nice things were to believe your kind of Religious Cult connections to this church of over 20 years? It was reported even Oparh was a member but left the church 4 years ago. Why do you think you can have your cake and eat it also when it comes to your split personality when it comes to your Religious Cult you have been a member of for 20 years? I support the seperation of church and state, do you support this?
U.S. Senator Obama I joined the NAACP in 1975. I have been fighting for Civil Rights for decades. Can you tell us what Organizations you have been a member of to fight for Civil Rights?
U.S. Senator Obama in a debate with U.S. Senator Clinton you brought up that former President Bill Clinton gave a pardon to 2 former members of the Weather Underground Organization that were in jail for the crimes they comitted. Would you like to take back what you said now? Since Linda Evans and Susan Rosenberg were never given a pardon by former President Bill Clinton.
U.S. Senator Obama why do I never see any film footage of you in any Civil Rights Marches or Protest for Civil Rights? Do you not support Free Speech? Why have you not spoken up on the 'Peoples Mall' in Washington D.C. being before Emperor Bush and his Dick leave their Dicatorship in Jaunary of 2009 taken away from the American Citizens for Protest and Speeches? I have never heard you state one time you view on what you stand for on the 'People's Mall' in Washington D.C..
U.S. Senator Obama could you tell me why you have never stated in any speeches I have heard you give, you have never once stated about returning to having 100,000 Law Enforcement Officers back on the Streets walking a patrol? Emperor George W. U.S. Senator Obama why have you never spoken up against the firing of former Chief Teresa C. Chambers who was the 1st woman Chief of the National Park Police for only stating in the Washington Post Newspaper in 2003 she needed more funds for more Officers? Do you have a problem with women in authority who are qualified?

I live in a small town namned Landskrona in Sweden, Europe. And my question is why USA does not accept more Iraqi refugees? Many countrys in Europe takes on thousands of Iraqi refugees but the USA only a handful. For example…a singel swedish town with a total population af 80.000 persons (Sodertalje) has accepted MORE than 1.000 Iraqi refugees – thats many times more than the total USA! Should not USA take more responsbilities for the Iraqi refugees?
By the way…I hope hope Barack Obama gets elected President!

If the Daily Show or the Colbert Report don't do some good comedy work on Celeste and Loren Davis, I'm going to die!
I've been working on this story over at IrregularTimes.com, and the Loren Davis Ministries is hilarious in its insanity. They believe that the American flag is a symbol of Satan, and that the NFL is transmitting satanic messages in an attempt to destroy Christianity.
Elementary schools are also satanic according to Loren Davis. Please, spread the word. Loren Davis has zero credibility.
What if……..?? Barack picks you, Jon as his VP/running mate. I will vote for that ticket!
I am so torn between the two candidate so I just didn't vote in the primary. I decided I am going with the majority as oppose to try to make one.
BTW you losing all your good usuals to their own shows. Not much left.
I would ask the Daily Show and the Colbert Report exactly how– ISSUES-wise, rather than personality politics-wise, they can justify the blatant no-holds-barred, no truthiness too truthy for Senator B.O. and no double standard too double for Senator Clinton tactics they've/ you've mostly employed throughout this campaign? And why are you campaigining in the first place? Grinding axes tend to kill comedy, whereas non-strident, non-self-congratulatory human humor goes a lot further.
Most of the enmity directed towards Senator Clinton, and the adoration directed towards Obama have been as substantial, as, well, "distractions." Only you guys have only CALLED them distractions when they've been directed at Obama (and most of the questions he received by the press post- PA have been worth asking). When Hillary's the target (and she certainly has been, by both of your shows), you've called it either comedy (which it certainly hasn't always been) or relevant (see above), even though she was largely targeted by personal style, gender, and right-wing- hate- machine ad hominem type attacks.
How do you expect us NOT to think you're latte liberals (7 figures or more can't hurt) (and I like latte too– SOY latte– so it's not about the latte)? Don't you get how odious it is to CONSTANTLY have the media telling us how much they/you love Obama, how "likable" he is, and now, SUDDENLY wanting to discuss issues?
P.S. This shocking revelation just in– I prefer Clinton, and I graduated from college!!! And if your mind isn't already blown by the soy latte, surprisingly I was able to put my bible and my gun down long enough to type this missive… And, no, that wasn't what bothered me most (I actually only own one of those items– it was how Obama used that slur as a tactic to avoid discussing outsourcing and illegal immigration, in part by equating "anti-immigrant" with "anti-illegal immigration." There's a difference. Ask, well, any country. And ask Michigan about Electrolux– and, oh yeah, about their votes.

Big fat faker Michael Moore launches his career on his crocodile tears for Michigan (it was really about how cute he was dogging Roger Smith!), but now that he's a millionaire he's all above that Michigan stuff.
Instead of his celebrity endorsement, where's Moore's movie on the devastation left behind when SWEDEN-based multi-national company Electrolux closed its plant in Michigan, displacing thousands of workers, many of whom had more than 30 years of work at the plant behind them, and devastating the state economy and these peoples' lives? Maybe it's all just "irrational" white man fear that there's white on white/ disposable millionaire income gentrification of the lake area where many of these unemployed workers lived.
Maybe the Swedish writer could be concerned about how the SWEDISH government forced Electrolux to give a settlement to the Swedish towns where plants closed, and how the Swedish govt. pays 80% of an unemployed worker's salary, and how the U.S. screws its own citizens. Instead of whether or not the U.S. should be taking in more refugees, maybe some of you college-aged parent supported big-hearted compassionates could look around your OWN country and see what is happening here, too. Yes, we have responsibilities both HERE and abroad. If you can't turn to your own neighbor with compassion rather than dismissive platitudes, you just might be a fraud.
This guilt-by-association is so nuts with Obama. Apparently every left wing bizarre idea sticks to him like glue, but all the right wing ideas of other people he's associated with he's impervious to.
When they show pictures of Hillary with people she just says "I've had my picture taken with thousands of people", or something to that effect.
I would just ask John to take his head out of his bum when it comes to Senator Obama. e.g. on the issue of Rev. Wright; the fact that Clinton or McCain have relationships with other eccentric is not dispositive on their character because we have known them for years and years (we think) and they have been fully vetted over and over. Not so Sen Obama, he said; and I paraphrase; he is not my spiritual advisor, but he married him, christened his children and prayed with him the night he announced he'd run for President. Obama is a freshman Senator and we know literally nothing about him; the unwinding of this obviously close relationship and how he reacts informs me, the voting public. I hope The recent Obama gaff; sending an aid to talk to Hamas is not indicative of the diplomacy we can expect from an Obama presidency, because after the current joker we have running things diplomatic experience counts quadruple fold in the next administration … a point well made by Madeline Albright's "Memo…." on The Daily Show (or was it Colbert?)
Please stop trying to call the race every night and quoting numbers we here all day long. Are you are superdelagate? Why preempt their decision unless you have an agenda. NO need to state the obvious to them; if you have some insight let's all have it; otherwise i am fed up hearing it …… popular vote blah blah blah, surely they can't take it from Obama blah blah blah (those over sensitive to racism dread the mere appearance of impropriety). The fact is neither candidate has won the nomination, and the superdelagates were created to resolve such an impasse; they can and must vote their conscience. that's it, and that's all folks!!!
On a slightly different note, and perhaps not well made here; I wish Stewart would prepare for interviews he knows nothing about especially when they are important issues. E.g. the price of oil is one of the most important political issues in the world today, if not the most important. The only thing the Daily Show did was interview a Wall Street Oil Analyst. During the interview John asked all the right questions (the only person who has asked why there are record profits when they have to buy the oil as most oil companies are net purchasers not producers of oil), but just when he might have forced a truthful answer he back down and deferred to her saying its a complex question and He (Stewart) was too stupid to understand …. at least John said that and she agreed! The commodities market controls the price of oil, is big oils favorite answer (see the Lauer interview recently); what they neglect to say is that they are by far the biggest players in that market. Please get an assistant to do some research on important issues like this mate.
Winston Churchill said "a joke is a very serious thing"; i am sure a great comedian like Stewart knows exactly why that is.
