John McCain Announces Dwight Schrute as His Running Mate
That's right, 71 year old war veteran, successor to Barry Goldwater in the Senate, and public servant of 50 years announced tonight on The Daily Show that his running mate would be fictional character Dwight Schrute from NBC's "The Office."

The amusing thing is that Dwight Schrute is played by Rain Wilson, who, as a member of the Bahá'í, would not be allowed to join a political party on religious grounds. Tres amused…
