Barack Obama Already Acting the Democratic Nominee That He Almost Certainly Is
Everybody knows that Barack Obama is gonna lose big time in West Virginia today. And probably in Kentucky next week. No news there.
Even so, Obama is just going ahead and starting to campaign for the general election in non-primary states, because why the hell not?
Obama spokesman Bill Burton tells [Swampland]: "Our schedule reflects the fact that we are still fighting for votes and delegates in the remaining contests, but also that we are going to places that are going to be competitive in the fall. John McCain has gone unchallenged for far too long and we're going to make sure that voters in competitive states know the choice in this election between changing Washington and the third term of George Bush's failed policies that McCain is offering."
This, to me, seems kind of jerky. Okay, he's obviously going to win the Democratic nomination. But we've all known that for weeks now.
However, acknowledging that simple fact of math shows an unfair bias against Hillary Clinton.
What I think he should do is pretend that the race is a dead heat up until a couple days or so before the election in November. Then he can hurry up and try to catch up with John McCain real quick. That seems like the gentlemanly thing to do.

I couldn't find the words to express myself on this issue, so I opted to make a video to sum it up.
