Hillucination: (noun) Medical condition, known to affect woman named Hillary (mainly those involved in the political arena), prone to erroneous perception of reality.
Usage: My sister Hillary told me she had a hillucination that the dog was dancing a foxtrot yesterday, when, in reality, he's prone to waltzes.
