John McCain's Love Letter to Barack Obama
In what has to be one of the smartest, brilliantest, most not-going-to-blow-up-in-their-faces ad campaigns in recent history, John McCain's campaign has decided to compile a bunch of clips highlighting how much the media love Barack Obama and then set them to two beautifully romantic songs.
Here's one of them…
You can see the other one — with the exact same footage, but a different song — on McCain's website, where you can also vote for the video you think works best. (Apparently, somebody learned to embed a voting function over there.)
Because, really, what a better way of knocking your much-beloved opponent down a peg or two than forcing voters to watch people gushing over him twice?

Well, complaining about the media's fervor toward Obama certainly worked out for Hillary in the short-term.
The thrill going down Chris Matthews' leg will spring when he loses the Meet The Press gig because of gaffes like this.
yeah, the "attention" Obama gets is really great. is there any spurious, racist rumor about him that they *haven't* covered? Be thankful you haven't got their attention, McCain, it'll allow slip-ups to blow over faster for you.
This is the best that McCain can do? Talk about how beloved Barack is?!? That is just sad.
The Biblical movie reference for it, since we're in a Biblical era, is Deliverance. Squeal like a pig Lefty. That's right. You like Hardball don't you bitch.
