I'm happy to report that Tropical Storm Fay — which we were all hoping wasn't going to pick up the strength to become another Katrina — is not going to pick up the strength to become another Katrina.

Its winds never got any faster than 65 miles per hour, let alone to reach the 74 mph it would have needed to even be upgraded to the level of hurricane.*

I just think it's nice to know that we've all been spared another impromptu upbraiding from Kanye West.
