In June of 2008, President George W. Bush smashed all previous presidents' records for disapproval rates with an astounding 73 percent of the nation disapproving of the job they'd elected him to do. Twice! (Well, once.)

This is Mr. Bush's second honor of this order, as in October of 2001, he received the highest approval rating with 92 percent.

Congratulations go out to our President and all the members of his administration, whose dedication to not being dedicated has shown us how much we can achieve in just seven short years.
