I was trying to figure out what to make of it, so I started watching some of the response videos to see what other people thought.
And, in doing so, I came across this very heartfelt and astute reaction…

Biden has a tendency to ramble and make side comments a lot– something which seems far more casual, and far more unpolished than Obama– but it's awfully charming too. And his points were VERY strong. I'll be fascinated to see what happens in the VP debates!!!
