Bill O'Reilly Slams Jon Stewart: Sometimes a Teen Pregnancy is Just a Teen Pregnancy

POSTED BY: Eric March

Last week, The Daily Show suggested that Bill O'Reilly may have been a touch hypocritical in asking America to reserve judgment on Sarah and Todd Palin for letting their teenage daughter get pregnant, while condemning Jamie Lynn Spears' parents for letting their teenage daughter get pregnant:

Not about to let his honor be besmirched, the typically reticent O'Reilly fired back this week:

Well put. The Palin-Spears saga isn't about teen pregnancy. It's about effective chaperoning. You see, the pinhead Spears let their 16-year-old daughter run wild and get pregnant out of wedlock, while the responsible Palins made sure their 17-year-old daughter had a nurturing, supportive environment in which to get pregnant out of wedlock.

Perhaps Bill O'Reilly was privy to their dinner conversation:

Sarah Palin: Todd, the hockey team captain is coming over later to have unprotected sex with Bristol, but I have to shoot a pack of lost wolf cubs out of a helicopter tonight. Can you make sure they help themselves to the leftover moose jambalaya?

Todd Palin: Ok, I'll keep an eye on them.

Piper Palin: Mommy, what's sex?

Sarah Palin: How political props are made, honey.

Bill O'Reilly Serves Up More Hilarious Comedy From the Far Right

  1. Face it, O'Reilly is responding to Stewart, and in the media things work opposite usual arguments.
By getting the last word, papa bear lost.

  2. "Nobody's" assertion that the Democrat's belief structure (not the democratic belief structure Mr. Nobody), undermines the value of the individual is ludicrous. The democrats have been far more assertive and protective of individual rights, do your homework. the NRA has a pretty powerful hold on the definition of individual righs but wanton ownership of guns is not the only individual right we have and certainly pales in comparison to the rights of women to own property and retirement plans, nonwhites to vote, separate of church and state, right to public education, right to clean drinking water, the right not to get kicked out of the hospital the day after having a baby, the right to have safe baby toys, freedoom of speech, the right to make the same pay for a same hard days work, on and on and on. check your history.

  3. The hypocrisy of this one isn't that Bill defended Bristol Palin…heck, I agree with what he said about that, it doesn't matter. The hypocrisy is that he would so willingly attack Jamie-Lynn Spears and her parents, and the double-standard he holds. Those in Hollywood are fair game for criticism about their PRIVATE lives when they're only entertainers, but Sarah Palin deserves privacy when she could be leader of the FREE FRICKIN' WORLD! Then, to complete his hypocrisy about privacy, he sends his producer to invade that woman's privacy at her home to ask her a completely asinine question.

I really try to give Bill O'Reilly a break, since my conservative friends love him so much, but the man has no redeeming qualities. He is a hack in the worst possible sense. This is so far beyond my own liberal bias, the man is a snake, and it's a shame more people can't see it.

  4. "of course there is no evidence that the Governor's children are unsupervised" -Bill O'Reilly
At least one of her children was unsupervised, because she got pregnant.

  5. This is a perfect example why Fox channel exist and why Bush is there for 8 years in spite of its born stupidity like Billy here. As long as people buy anything fox channel says, there is no hope for american future.

  6. he SAYS that if the govt don't have to pay we don't have to care so why should we care about the spears family again? and why is their personal decision not respected while the palins' is.

also, "Christianist" is not a typo. Papa Bear was trying to make the reporter sound like she made a mistake. She;s not stupid, and he just tried to paint it that way instead of engaging in a frank debate about the validity the term "christianist" as applied to christian right wing politics in the US (christianist would be the christian parallel to islamists who believe that islam should be a political as well as religious system).

  7. One good thing about Sarah Palin is she is really causing the right wing to expose itself. It's infuriating, but it's also refreshing to see them caught in the act like this.

  8. Well, well, it doesn't get any more fair and balanced that that. They do show both sides! Gotta love Fox Noise!! LOL

  9. So, he's saying that Governor Palin was supervising her daughter while she had sex with her boyfriend??!!!!

by Mama Bear October 15th at 10:26AM
  10. Responsible parents can't stop their horny little shit-teens from having sex, but they can try their best to instill a notion of shame for being slutty little alleycats. Liberal parents don't see a problem with teen pregnancy and hence no shame, and no discussion with their kids at an early age about sex or drugs. This manifests later into them becoming disaffected moonbat liberal stoner slackers who watch Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert and proclaim them "Truth to Power—OWNAGE" and other moronic sayings. Stewart, if you're reading this, the only people you're fooling with that "I'm a comedian, not a pundit with an agenda" line is your slacker audience. Call me! We'll talk.
