Joe Biden: Obama and I Might Maybe Prosecute George Bush and Dick Cheney
Last we heard from Joe Biden, he was saying something stupid.
Now, he's saying something less stupid.
In answering a question from the audience at a campaign event in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Senator Biden said that he and Barack Obama's administration would not be opposed to filing criminal charges against Bush administration officials, should congress find the appropriate evidence.
That would be interesting… Go on…
"We will not be stopped from pursuing any criminal offence that's occurred," he continued, going on to praise congressional committees for the deliberate pace of their inquiries into alleged Bush administration misdeeds.
Members of Congress are "doing the right thing, they're not making false accusations about anything… they're collecting data, subpoenaing records, they're building a file", Biden said.
"If there has been a basis upon which you can pursue someone for a criminal violation, they will be pursued –- not out of vengeance, not out of retribution, out of the need to preserve the notion that no one, no attorney general, no president — no one is above the law."
Uh oh! You know what this means?

Bush suffers from narcissism and megalomania. Moreover, Bush has been arrested three times. Bush was arrested for disorderly conduct. Bush was arrested for stealing. Bush was also arrested for a serious crime—driving under the influence of alcohol. There are reasons to believe that Bush suffers from a learning disability. Bush’s learning disability would explain a lot of things. All in all, Bush is a severely mentally ill individual. Bush is not fit to be the president of the United States.
Cheney attended Yale University, but he flunked out. Cheney was twice prosecuted for and convicted of drunk driving. Cheney lied to former U.S. House Majority Leader Dick Armey about the grounds for going to war in Iraq. Cheney is a pathological liar. Cheney is incompetent. Cheney would like to think that he is above the law. However, Cheney must pay for crimes against the United States and the world.
