Pro-Obama PAC Releases Anxiety-Inducing Video
Remember a long time ago in an election far, far away when Barack Obama said No! to any Democratic PACs?
Well, I'll bet you right about now, he's happy he changed his mind…
That video makes me really anxious. I feel like something's getting ready to get blown up or tortured.
PERMALINK:

I live in Illinois – not a battleground state – and we don't see many of the ads that other states are viewing. It was simply but luck that I found this ad, and I have two reactions to it: 1) as LK stated, it is very clever and hopefully goes a long way to disabusing people of false beliefs they have formed from being so blatantly lied to, and 2) it is unfortunate that those of us in non-battleground states don't see these ads. To my second reaction, I say this because people in all states have connections in other states, battleground or otherwise. Viewing ads like this help us address more directly and with information the slurs and lies that are cast at the Democratic ticket. I understand the limited nature of funds and spending money where it is "needed" – but given the grassroots nature of Obama's success, we need information like that which is included in this ad, to 1) understand what is being said out of our earshot to 2) address the accusations and mis-information from a point of knowledge.
I think those who email this to others will likely be preaching to the choir for the most part. And besides I suspect it's not really McCain Dems are dealing with now; it's Palin. And there may not be much they can do about her.
This is a really clever video! I hope people really *do* email it to 10 people, etc. My grandmother in Kentucky has already been sent about 15 different versions of those Obama smear lists– it's nice to have something to at least combat some of the damage that list and those terrible McCain ads have been doing. EMAIL, PEOPLE!!!
