Okay, I Know! It's All My Fault!
I'm going to be in British Columbia — yes, Canada — on Election Day. Is it possible that I really fucked up the vote in two weeks that badly?
I thought Massachusetts was safe…

Wait a minute. It turns out that this whole thing just some sort of highly sophisticated trick from those scoundrels at MoveOn.org to make me feel bad about not voting.
Well, it worked. I feel bad.
But I'm still not voting.
well JCM, if you're in the greater Nanaimo area we can throw the first annual Indecision 2008 party – I'll bring the
geoduck.
Woo! BC! I live there! One of us, one of us…
@Mac: Yep, that's right; all us Canadians live in a comfy time-space-free wormhole. Hey, did you know that we have our Christmas on March 32nd? It's great! We all shovel a pile of snow into a tree-shaped mound, cover it with maple syrup and sing Guess Who and Tragically Hip songs.
I am not an agrarian and agrarians are a bunch of tree-huggers anyhow! Voting on the first Tuesday of November discriminates against us non-agrarians and law should be passed to allow voting over the weekend. The end shall be signaled when Olbermann's head explodes. And, Canadians live in a wormhole. Duh.
Update- my absentee ballot just arrived in the mail so it won't be totally my fault. I was going to try to vote swap with a Canadian voter who might be stateside for the election but they already voted. Can you believe they vote before November 4th? AND their Thanksgiving is before ours. I think the entire Canadian calendar is like 3 weeks early.
