Obama posed for group photos on the tarmac with reporters, the motorcade drivers and the advance staff. As we posed, Obama told us all to say: "Tequila!"
Barack Obama may or may not be drunk already. But I'm pretty sure this means he's endorsing Tila Tequila's candidacy for Congress in 2010.

so im in this discusion about prop 8. but im a republican (dnt like either pres more, i see good and bad in both) and im christain.
but because i feel no on prop 8 someone said that becase i feel that way therefore i am turning away from god, and saying i cant be a christain and that mariage is only a religouse thing. and that only man and woman make a mariage. well i grew up with mom and a dad, and we dnt get along i no longer live with them and none of us were ever happy, love makes a mariage. and its not contagouse thats a stupid ignorant comment.
but god gave us the choice if we were all to fall under him than none of us would be disagreeing about anything. am i crazy for feeeling this way?

toria, you're not wrong. You did the right thing. Personally, I'm an atheist and feel EVERYONE should have equal rights. That is what this country was founded on and has lost along the way. Not everyone believes in a god. And not everyone believes in the same god.
It seems that the words, "Seperation of Church and State," have been thrown to the wayside and people are thinking with the bible instead.
If two people love each other then it is their right to be recognized by the government and have the same rights as everyone else. Hell, there seemed to be no problem with homosexuality until the bible was written.
