Bill Clinton Finally Gets Out of Hillary's Way

POSTED BY: Gonzalo Cordova

After years of living under Bill Clinton's pot-bellied shadow, Hillary attempted to blossom into the first women president.

After failing all womankind forever, Hillary has another chance to become the most important Clinton. As long as Bill heeds her advice to move bitch, get out the way

As a key part of satisfying Obama's vetting team, former President Bill Clinton is open to giving up foreign sources of income if his wife becomes secretary of state, according to a close friend.

How will Clinton help that Nigerian prince now? What about the Indonesian penis enlargement pill company he gave his credit card information to? Just today he got an email assuring him "THIS IS NOT A SCAM." Will he have the strength to give up all this possible dough?

I mean, what's the big deal anyway?

"The danger is that this is a former president. Bill Clinton is always out there in the world. He's making speeches. He's on the world stage, and he could make comments about U.S. policy that could create some kind of confusion or some kind of difficulty," said Zain Verjee, CNN's State Department correspondent.

Are you sure we're talking about the same Bill Clinton? Because the Bill Clinton I know has never made any ill-advised comments before. He is a bastion of discretion and wisdom.

"If they're able to plow through all of it and Hillary Clinton does get the nod, it seems that President Clinton would likely have to wall off, in some kind of capacity, his personal private financial interests and maybe just focus on the humanitarian work that doesn't have a conflict of interest…" [said Zain Verjee, CNN's State Department correspondent].

That sounds awful! Who do they want him to become? Jimmy Carter?!

Bill Clinton deserves better than being made to help people. He was President of the United States of America for Christ's sake! How in the hell does that job prepare you to do good and charitable works?

  3. Before Hillary Clinton can become Secretary of State, the Obama administration will certainly insist on a number of conditions which could include:

1.Bill Clinton must provide a complete listing of all donors to his foundation and presidential library.

    2. Both Bill and Hillary Clinton must agree that any and all private financial dealings and other interactions with foreign leaders will not take place unless specifically authorized by the US government.

3.Prior to Senate confirmation Hillary Clinton agrees to publically discuss exactly what her approach to the job of Secretary of State will be and clearly indicate how she will be able to perform that job without any conflict of interest whatsoever.

If Bill and Hillary Clinton are unwilling or unable to comply with whatever the Obama administration considers necessary, Hillary Clinton cannot become Secretary of State. The ball is in the Clinton’s court.

  4. Doesn't Zain realize one cannot "plow through it all?" All we can hope to do in life is plow throw a door God opens.

Also, I think Zain belongs in the league with Ashley Banfield (is she back on CNN?) and Rachel Maddow.
