Bobby Jindal Is the Right Dark Man for the Job in 2012
On November 4th, America sent a clear message to Washington and the world. And that message was: "We want a brown guy."
Hey, don't you worry. Because the Republican Party has heard that message loud and clear. No, no, no. Don't even bother trying to clarify yourself, America. The GOP is all over that shit. You want want change. And by "change," you obviously meant a dude with a lot of melanin in his skin. Believe you me, your message is received and processed. Word to your mother.
And, so, please allow the Grand Old Party to present to you… Bobby Jindal…
Last weekend, 18 days after Barack Obama decisively defeated their candidate for president, a mostly Republican crowd of self-described conservatives received their first introduction to someone many prominent members of the GOP think could be the party's own version of Obama.
Like the president-elect, Gov. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana is young (37), accomplished (a Rhodes scholar) and, as the son of Indian immigrants, someone familiar with breaking racial and cultural barriers. He came to Iowa to deliver a pair of speeches, and his mere presence ignited talk that the 2012 presidential campaign has begun here, if coyly.
Oh my god, what a perfect candidate! He's everything that America is looking for in a president. He's got a mocha-colored complexion. He's young. And — best of all — he's got a funny name. Because that's what you want, America! That's exactly what you've been all excited about these past two years! And the GOP is listening.
Granted, they got a little confused there for a while when they thought what you wanted in a candidate was a person who has breasts and wears high heels. That was an honest mistake. Don't hold that against them. But they are back on track now, preparing to carry out the will of the people.
Before you know it, they'll have their own brown person in the White House making certain that all average normal Americans adhere to a rigorous set of socially conservative rules that benefit a small and non-existent portion of the country.

What a stupid question. No, it's not humorous, it's just plain…well, maybe what I should expect from the writer.
Did anyone read the article? Probably not becuase the question was so dumb it didn't pique enough interest to read it. Waste of space.
I totally agree, the question is not relevant to anything political after Obama's election to the presidency. In fact it is degrading to Mr. Jindal.
Phyllis, Tom Grace, and Daniel did not raise their hands twice.
The poll is stupid, Dave. I did not play along so I don't know the results, but I hope many passed it over, because there is no intelligent answer to vote on. It was not comedy. The article was as ignorant, but intended to be a direct attempt to hit the GOP early on by mocking them untruely. But persons like you would find it humorous. I'm not playing along with your childish "hands up" game, either. I went straight to his article and read it, and I read all the previous comments, which I was responding to. By the way, your retort proved one of my points.
Too bad Anh Cao arrived here from Vietnam, or HE would be the next "great dark(er) hope" for the GOP in 2012. Or will they try some funny stuff with birth certificates, perhaps claiming that he was born inside the U.S. embassy in Saigon? A "reverse Obama," we can call it!
Dennis D is a racist idiot and is about as superficial as any journalist on the political circuit. Jindal is smart and is developing an impressive record, something Obama never did. But let's give Obama a chance and his honeymoon.
Bobby M. did not raise two hands, either. And Phyllis mistakenly raised both hands after beating down some guy named Dave.
I understand that Jindal has indicated disinterest in being nominated in 2012. This discussion, then, is just for fun. Happy holidays!
Bad question. Like most of the leftist journalist you're an idiot. Look ! Jindal's skin color only matters to the socialist/marxist side of the political and journalist spectrum. They love to divide people. Remember the saying "united we stand ,divided we fall". Well hello America!!! Jindal is one of the smartest person in any electedc office right now. We pray that Jindal can clean up Baton Rouge, and then move on the White House. Bobby Jindal has a tough fight on his hands, because everyone is a fraid of change and they got used to the old ways of doing business. Just like the people in Chicago and Illinois, they don't like change, and they're used to the "pay to play" mentality. Good luck to you folks up there, may be your governor will get a cell next to Edwin Edward's cell in Texas.
