Oh, and p.s.
Great clip from the Daily Show team! Hilarious. Says it all.
Greetings from one of the many fans in Germany, Europe, who are able to get our daily fix of the Daily Show via the Internet. Thanks for that, America!

Crossed a LINE? I think the media tramples over any sense of human decency, respect and sense of appropriateness that originally is supposed to be inbuilt in any human being, and they do that not only whith the Obamas. Doesn't the whole celebrity factory work like this? How are these people able to numb themselves to a point where they actually think we need to know waht the school bagpacks of Obama's daughers look like or what the girls get for lunch? Have these people no other things to do? The sad truth is, though, that there obviously is an audience to these obsceneties of intrusion on people's private lives, otherwise there wouldn't be any cameras shoved into the faces of so called celebrities in the first place. I think it's a very sad development that mirrors a frightening emptiness and lack of respect and self respect in all who are involved - the ones who hold the cameras, the ones who put the stuff on air, the ones who make huge money with it, and, last but not least, the ones who watch this shit and therefore keep the wheels of crazyness turning.
Ahem. Sorry, you asked!
