John Ziegler, Sarah Palin and "Media Malpractice"

POSTED BY: Dennis DiClaudio

After watching that "Blamey Whinehouse" Daily Show clip, it got me thinking about conservative documentarian John Ziegler — author of the upcoming film "Media Malpractice" for which those clips were filmed — and I remembered this interview I saw on MSNBC's third-string show, 1600*, the other day…

You know what, everytime you see this guy on television and you start to feel your blood pressure rise, just think about this…

How do you think he feels everytime he hears the phrase "President-elect Barack Obama."

* To be fair, I don't think it's all that hard to walk all over David Shuster.

  1. People supposedly voted obama in for the better of the country, if they could only use that same thought process to realize that despite whose side you're on the media screwed everyones opinions on both obama and McCain. Instead of lying on the couch and expecting someone else to find the answers for you "TV news," why don't these "hard core" americans get off there butts and look for the truth themselves. After all we as americans should be held to a higher standard, Educate YOURSELVES. This freedom has a price and everyone of us is SUPPOSED to be pro-active in our government. I guess time will tell who was right and who was wrong…

  2. You do know the whole interview will be available on the DVD right? Leaving the EDITED and SPLICED issue a non issue.

  3. I find it hilarious that Shuster is accusing Ziegler of not properly interviewing Palin and merely "taking her word for it," it sounds a lot like what MSNBC did in regards to Obama.

  4. She is a one-hit wonder and she used up her alloted time.

  5. …and to top THIS one off…NOW, Palin is saying Zeigler took her out of context to CREATE ADVERSARIAL SITUATIONS. She´s poison to the interviewer!!! What a disingenious dolt, Palin is. She just keeps using them to extent her 15 minutes until 2012.

Ya know, I guess Zeigler did what Couric did, how did Palin put it? EDITED & SPLICED & I ´just dont know what THEY did.
…WHAT NEWSPAPERS DO YOU READ? Palins reply, UH, UM…ALL OF ÉM.
    (EYES GLAZE OVER)

  6. Nice technique Ziegler. Pausing while the interviewer pauses and then intentionally trying to talk over them while they ask you a question. You truely do not come across as a douche bag.
