The list of Shit That's Never Going to Happen is long and mostly filled with fun stuff like hoverboards and genetically modified spinach that tastes like donuts, so it was nice to see The Daily Show add a few dumb things to the list like a one-world currency and the UN spanking-court.

The Euro was going to happen pretty much from the outset of the European Community. You know why? Because the EU is all about emulating the US, which conveniently already has a single currency for all its member states. The world is not looking to replace the dollar inside the US. If anything, they're looking to push the dollar back into the US; dollars are being used all over South-America, the Middle-East and Eastern Europe, and in specific international trades. Many people would feel a lot better if those markets would switch from being dollar-only to at least supporting the Euro as well. (Of course, historically, the GBP filled this role, but the UK economy is way too small for its currency to be a leading reserve/trade currency).
In other words; please stick to dollars, it gives the rest of the world a place to unload them.

See… the first post I read about the EU/Euro not happening… that was the first one. That was a clear keeper of a post. It's not an invalid point. It's a bit sassy and does ACTIVELY invite a beating… but it is NOT actionable enough to warrant a DELETING.
Now then… The second post… Now that (!) is worthy of a deleting. You are quite clearly just a troll. You may have had a valid point but your venom made what every validity you had moot.
Your post is just a waste of electrons now. You spent all that time, energy, and emotion just to temporarily reassign electrons.
