Judge Sonia Sotomayor's Supreme Court confirmation hearings are getting started right now, so the a.m. talk shows were filled with pundits trying to determine the all-important "tone" that will be taken throughout the day. Let's ask Senator Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III, the anti-drug/not-anti-KKK gentleman from Alabama, what he thinks about the Judge and her qualifications…

"I think philosophically her statements indicate an approach to judging that is outside the mainstream," Sen. Jeff Sessions, senior Judiciary Committee Republican, said in a nationally broadcast interview.
