I'm just glad that finally the MD's woke up from their comas…. and decided that this will hurt patients…. as well as their wallets….. their family children parents, from gigles, boogies farting, poopies, oh yes sexual disfunction…. we can laugh… or the deaf who don't know what that sounds like?? the blind? it is serious…. i'll laugh, how did our president put it? Gallos??
This is clearly not a product of the US Government….Congress has only been working on this all year, something this complex would take a whole term.
