Daily Show: CNN Fact Checks SNL, Not Politicians
CNN must be stopped. Just when you think they can't get any dumber, they reach levels of dumbness that can't be described with human language. If this shit keeps up, I'm going to have to start painting murals or doing interpretive dances to convey how head-explodingly inept these clowns are.
The Daily Show airs Monday through Thursday at 11pm / 10c.

CNN is nothing but propaganda for Big Pharma, the Pentagon and Wall Street. Its owned by Ted Turner, the Eugenicist who famously labeled most of the worlds population as "useless eaters" and said that unless 250-300 million people are culled, the world will cease to be livable. He also said that we will all become "cannibals" unless "global warming" is reversed. Hey Ted, start with yourself so that we dont have to listen to your BS anymore! Last time I checked, the temperatures have been going down since 1998 also.
Hi, my impression from last night's TDS was CNN does not fact check healthcare. I agree about the overall situation of factlessness but I recall the montage was almost all about healthcare (some war might have been in there too but I mostly remember healthcare). I mention this because the actual topics that run without facts suggest a pattern on the part of CNN about what gets presented with facts versus what gets promoted with confusion. CNN is heavily vested in our current system of healthcare-exploitation. They run Gupta on tv in doctors' offices and my impression is that the infomercials are mostly sponsored by pharma. They have heavy advertising on the cable channel sponsored by pharma and insurance companies. Gupta made his own factual errors in his failed attempt to debunk Michael Moore's film about healthcare. So CNN has something to lose if genuine reform happens in America.
It says so much that Comedy Central has to spearhead muckraking in America so that's why I mention it, the pattern of factlessness. I saw this headline on Huff Post today and I thought it was incomplete: "ComedyWATCH: Daily Show Destroys CNN For Fact-Checking SNL Instead Of Their Guests". I think it should have said: "…instead of their guests on healthcare". Maybe it's minutiae but it seems important, esp now when congress is about to give more big gifts to pharma and insurance companies and call it health reform.
