Well, how about that? Sarah Palin just won all our hearts and minds and lipsticks and pit bulls all over again when she appeared on television right next to The Oprah earlier today.
So, this seems like as good a time as any to re-acquaint ourselves with the woman who will own all of us one day in the not so distant future. And who better to do it with than Jon Stewart?

What's totally ridiculous is some poll that says her numbers are rising while President Obama's are tanking. Have people forgotten that there is a universe of difference between running a large, complex nation with myriad problems and being free of governing responsibilities to go on a book tour? I seriously doubt that McCain would be doing any better at this juncture, and would probably do worse. The fact that anyone anywhere would set store by a poll like that doesn't speak well for their maturity or intellectual depth.
Judging from what Palin herself illustrates every time she opens her mouth, she has not indicated any growth in terms of grasp of national and international issues. She makes hateful, inflammatory comments about the Obama adminstration's policies without offering any solutions of her own. What really did it for me were the silly coin conspiracy and her attempts to keep the birther issue alive. If that is what people think of as a "true American patriot," God help us all!
It's really great to see this civil war in the republican party. It's moderates verses paranoid schizophenic conservatives and a majority of the party is "one flew over the cukoos nest". I love seeing people like Sarah Palin who is hailed as a Goddess by a majority of the GOP members. She in my opinion is the best thing that ever happened to the republican party. She insures losses which I am A ok with……
