Colbert Plays "Sanction, Bomb, Marry?" with Anti-Nuke Lobbyist
On last night's Colbert Report, Stephen better know'd the Ploughshares Fund, a lobbying group that opposes nuclear proliferation. I suppose, reducing nukes is all well and good in theory, but it's not very pragmatic. After all, without atomic weapons, how are we supposed to create all the good superheroes?
The Colbert Report airs Monday through Thursday at 11:30pm / 10:30c.

@omfg: Jeez, chill. I could say the same thing about a million Japanese sites with cool sweets and giant robots.
I don't see why nukes are such an extra-special problem. People don't like using it because of the fallout and there are far deadlier weapons out there now anyway. Heck, even black powder (as seen in fireworks) has killed more people, I'm sure.
You have to admit, when it's not in a setting that hurts people, nuclear explosions look awesome!

Guys, its cool. Get Firefox, get Modify Headers extension, add a rule for x-forwarded-for 12.13.14.15 and enjoy all the blog-posted Colbert. Bunch of other stuff too. Sometimes it even fools Hulu.

Batman is not a nuclear accident, neither is Wonder Woman. Superman is an alien. Wolverine would likely agree with the anti-nukes guy. Too bad Obama might ditch him.
