Remember back in 2004 when a handsome young senator from Illinois wowed the Democratic National Convention with his keynote speech before going on to become the most famous celebrity on the planet?
Well, this year the Democrats have another exciting prospect coming off the bench to address their convention — a senator from New York named Hillary Clinton.
According to reports, Senator Clinton will be speaking on the 88th anniversary of the day women won the vote. As she speaks, she'll be flanked by every female U.S. senator in the country. Wow! That's prime time stuff.
I don't want to speculate too much, but it really seems like the Democrats are grooming this woman for some kind of position on the national stage.
