• Tim Robbins Almost Didn't Get to Vote

Provisional ballots are horseshit. Really, you probably have a better chance of having your vote counted if you submit actual horseshit. You know it. I know it. And Tim Robbins knows it. So when he showed up to vote in New York City this morning, found his name missing from the register and was asked to fill out a provisional ballot, things got heated:

An argument erupted between Robbins and the poll worker. Robbins allegedly got loud and the poll worker said he was calling the cops.

Robbins accused the poll worker of trying to intimidate him so he wouldn't vote.

Robbins went downtown to the City Board of Elections to get proof he was good to vote.

No word on whether Robbins voted for Ralph Nader, Cynthia McKinney or just wrote in Wavy Gravy.
