Just when you think we've seen the last of Rod Blagojevich's hilarious antics, a photo of him autographing boobs surfaces on Valleywag.

Listen, we have to figure out a way to keep him around. Can't we just elect Rod Blagojevich, George W. Bush, Sarah Palin and Joe the Plumber to some new branch of government where they would be completely powerless but could still provide constant LULZ?

We could call it Congress.
