Daily Show and Colbert Report on Souter's Retirement

As you've no doubt "heard" by now, President Obama "used" the word "empathy" in his press conference about "replacing" outgoing Supreme Court Justice David Souter. And we all "know" that "empathy" is a "code word" for "activist judge." Well, "President" Obama isn't the only "one" who can use "code words," if you "know" "what" "I" "mean," "and" "I" "think" "you" "do."
