Keith Olbermann Apologizes for Being so Keith Olbermann-esque

Apologies, but I've been very busy being very busy this past weekend — and even when I'm not very busy, I try to busy myself ignoring very much of what comes out of Keith Olbermann's head — so I completely missed the Countdown host's response on Friday to Jon Stewart's Special Comment from a few days ago.

But I just saw it now. And if you haven't seen it, you should see it…

"You know what, you're right. I have been a little over the top lately. Point taken. Sorry."

Really?! I mean, really really? Wow. I was not expecting that. Like, at all.

And, you know, I'm not sure if this says more about Olbermann's integrity or Stewart's reputation. Or liberals' ability to capitulate.
