Colbert on Arizona's New Immigration Bill

Arizona recently passed a bold new immigration bill that essentially legalizes the harassment of Latinos, in hopes that they'll get fed up and leave. And while implementing such a broad and aggressive plan will be costly, I understand the state has a considerable amount of cheap labor available. Of course, this plan won't work with everyone, so they've devised a few other tactics to deal with the problem. For example, they're planning to get this one dude from Panama to leave by voting him out.
