Stephen Colbert Simplifies Obama's Oil Spill Speech
We're not a smart people. I still think Teddy and Franklin Roosevelt were brothers. And I don't mean siblings, I mean black guys. Just kidding, I have no idea who Teddy and Franklin Roosevelt are. Like I said, we're stupid. And that's why we didn't like President Obama's fancy pants big-word speech the other night. Fortunately, Stephen Colbert broke it down into layman's terms last night.
