Steven Spielberg Will Not Resurrect Democratic Party Like He Did with Indiana Jones Franchise

There have been murmurs floating around California, as murmurs are wont to float, concerning the possibility of Nancy Pelosi seeking the help of her fellow statesman Stephen Spielberg in "building a stronger brand" for her party.

This morning at dawn, however, the gates of Spielberg's vast California complex opened briefly, allowing a small figure on horseback to emerge long enough to make the following proclamation…

"Today's story regarding Nancy Pelosi made a reference to Steven Spielberg that requires a response. I can say as a long-time spokesman for Steven that he has made it his career to direct actors, not political figures."

After which, the figure steered his mount back into the confines of Spielberg's stronghold and, as the gate slowly closed shut, disappeared from view.
