• Indiana Democrats Run Away from Anti-Union Bill, Too

    It's spreading! It's spreading!

Mirroring recent events in Wisconsin, Democrats in Indiana’s state legislature plan to leave the state rather than vote on a bill that would bar unions from certain bargaining rights…

In Indiana, the bill, for which Gov. Mitch Daniels (R) cautiously voiced support, stops unions from being able to negotiate contracts that require non-union members to pay fees.

I hope that the Democrats realize what a dangerous game it is that they're playing. As more and more Republican governors attempt to take away union rights and more and more Democratic state senators flee their states, you know that eventually they're gonna end up in each others states. And then BAM!, Republicans win.

I think that's how this thing works, isn't it?
