#NotIntendedToBeAFactualStatement Still Going Strong
Who would have thought that Sen. Jon Kyl had it in him to create such an infectious Internet meme?! Well, to be fair, Stephen Colbert probably deserves a little bit of the credit, since he was the one who introduced the #NotIntendedToBeAFactualStatement hashtag.
But he never could have done it without Kyl's brilliant defense for having the amazingly false claim that abortions account for over 90 percent of Planned Parenthood's activities. So, credit where credit is due. Hats off to Sen. Kyl. His meme is still meme-ing itself across the memernet at an amazing speed. Even congressional Democrats have started playing along in their own lame way.
Here's a few of our favorites culled from the (literally thousands) currently on Twitter…

Video of Stephen paying homage to Sen. Kyl's innovation, as well as some more of our favorite #NotIntendedToBeAFactualStatement tweets after the jump.
The Colbert Report airs Monday through Thursday at 11:30/10:30c.
