Rand Paul has a point about the extreme dangers of "people who promote the violent overthrow of our government." Sure, the First Amendment protects free speech. But do really think the Founding Fathers meant for it to work like that? Do you honestly think they fought that Revolutionary War against the oppressive government just so that people could talk about waging a war against an oppressive government? Clearly not…
