Virginia Foxx Is the Greatest Feminist Since Forever

Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC) was on the House floor yesterday defending her vote in favor of the recently-passed "Protect Life Act," which allows federally-funded hospitals to deny treatment to women seeking abortions regardless of the circumstances…

"For my colleagues across the aisle who say this is a misogynist bill, nobody has ever fought more for the rights of women than I have. But fifty percent of the unborn babies that are being aborted are females. So the misogyny comes from those that promote the killing of unborn babies. That’s where the misogyny comes in."

Good point! Very very good point! Bet you liberal death-peddlers never thought of it that way?

Also, since a decent proportion of of those babies are minorities, that makes Foxx a civil rights leader on par with Martin Luther King, Jr. And somewhere between five and ten percent of them would have eventually decided to become gay, so that makes her a top gay-rights activist like Harvey Milk.

How is it that we haven't engraved her face onto a coin yet?
