Rupert Murdoch Supports Rick Santorum (and Apparently Knows What Twitter Is)

Doing his best Rorschach from "Watchmen," Rupert Murdoch recently tweeted his political allegiances…

"Can't resist this tweet, but all Iowans think about Rick Santorum. Only candidate with genuine big vision for country."

At first, saying that voters "think about" a candidate might not seem like a ringing endorsement. But for a man who's old enough to have voted against that rabble-rousing Andrew Jackson, any neurological activity directed toward a politician is about the same as canvassing door-to-door for him.

As for whatever Santorum's "big vision for country" might be, Murdoch didn't get to it. Someone should've told him about that Twitter character limit.
