The Daily Show on Congressional Insider Trading

If you think about it, it does seem kind of absurd to hold our congresspeople to the same moral standards as regular people. It's a little bit like holding your dog to the same moral standards as people. That's why it's seen as acceptable to smack your legislator on the nose with a rolled up newspaper ever now and again.
