• A Mitt Romney-Rick Santorum Ticket?

    Oh no. Oh, God, no

Mitt Romney might seem like the eventual nominee, but Rick Santorum could have some leverage by the time the party's convention rolls around in August.

    How does "running mate" sound?

You know how you sometimes have a horrible nightmare, like the one when you're falling down a bottomless pit or you show up for a college exam unprepared and naked? But then you wake up and it's all okay?

This is nothing like that. There's no good, reassuring feeling at the end, and instead of falling down a pit or failing a test, you're getting a vice-president who thinks these things.

Luckily this all seems pretty far-fetched. For Romney to make an agreement with Santorum, he'd have to completely reverse all the positions he's taken against him during this election cycle.

It just doesn't seem like Romney to me.
