What's up with this guy? Can't he just let Romney and his supporters blandly consummate their loveless union without causing a scene?
Ron Paul caused a bit of a ruckus at the Republican National Convention Tuesday when he walked out onto the convention floor right before the first official day of events was set to get underway. His appearance prompted supporters to chant his name, drowning out the subsequent cheers of "Romney" coming from Mitt's loyal fans.
Hold on, the Romney chants were limited to his "loyal fans"? Well of course they were drowned out — how loud can Mitt's family be?
Okay, that was a cheap shot. The important thing is that Paul's appearance didn't further overshadow Romney. (That job's reserved for the dozen or so protesters Florida needed $50 million to deal with.)
