Sarah Palin on Monday said Democrats who "still have that addiction to the hope-ium" President Barack Obama peddled four years ago need to "open their eyes" and vote for Mitt Romney this November.

Well done, Sarah, you truly are the GOP's heroine. (Sorry, I couldn't resist. I'll show myself out.)

But anyway, she should thank John McCain for that reference. She had no idea what the drug was before hearing about his time as a First Opium War private in 1841.
