With so much riding on the outcome of tonight's foreign policy debate, voters across the nation understandably have a lot of questions about a lot of aspects of the two candidates debate prep, their debate strategy, their debating goals.
We can't answer any of those questions for you. But we can tell you what the president is having for dinner beforehand…
According to an aide, he'll chow down on steak and potatoes at the Embassy Suites hotel in Boca Raton, Fla. before the debate.
It's the same meal he had before his second debate last week — where he was largely perceived as the winner.
Seems like a smart choice of meals. I mean, if it fueled last week's excellent performance, there's got to be something to it. And it's certainly better than the meal he chose before the first debate, which I assume was a bottle of Percocets and a pint of vodka.
No word on Romney's dinner at time of press. Watch this post for exciting updates.
Exciting Update: Mitt Romney apparently had a "veggie burger with Cajun fries and a vanilla shake" for lunch from a place called BurgerFi. Not sure whether this lunch will hold him over until after the debate or not. We'll post more as this story develops.
