CNN's Bill Bennett just posited that an Obama presidency would mean the end of racism as a reason for black under-achievement. To which I quote Chris Rock, "Don't let Shaq fool you."
But seriously, blacks. You got your president. No more complaining. Now shut up before the old white gambling addict comes over to lower the crime rate by aborting the fuck out of all of you.

Barack Obama's not just the standard-bearer for the economic hope of sub-$250,000k/year Americans. There's the Japanese town of Obama ("Little Beach") who have thrown their economic future behind a coincidental homonym:
"Shops in the town have been selling everything from T-shirts, fish burgers and steamed cakes to chopsticks bearing Obama's name."
The local hula dancing group, The Obama Girls, have been dancing since the primaries in support of the senator. Put this needless self-exploitation of Asian women to rest, Barack!

Ron Howard, the Oscar-winning director who more than any Hollywood talent was desperate to extract himself from a childhood acting past, believes in Barack Obama.

Of all the inane stories to report on, the Seattle Times technology blogger and Microsoft beat reporter decided to give some legitimacy to results of an Xbox Live and Rock the Vote survey:
Of 'nearly 100,000' Americans who participated in what Microsoft described as 'one of the nation's largest unofficial election polls,' it broke down like this:
Obama \ Biden: 43 percent
McCain \ Palin: 31 percent
Undecided: 13 percent
Other: 13 percent
Given the number of thirteen year olds on Xbox Live who use the service to shout racial and homophobic insults at random strangers or teabag opponents in first-person shooters, I'd rate these findings about as high as the latest Zogby poll.
