The Colbert Report: Report Routines – The Colbert Bump
From The CC Insider…
Elvis Costello, Lindsey Vonn and Mike Huckabee might not seem to have much in common outside of appearing together in my eighth weirdest wetmare, but they are each among the many lucky recipients of the coveted Colbert Bump. The Colbert Bump should of course not be confused with The Flaubert Bump, which was a hot dance move that swept the French literary scene in the 19th century. Nor should it be mistaken for the popular cheese-flavored cocaine known as The Camembert Bump. No, The Colbert Bump transcends all other -bert Bumps, as you can see in this exclusive video.
The Colbert Report airs Monday through Thursday at 11:30/10:30c.

The Workaholics Guys Cast White Obama at the VMAs
From The CC Insider…
It's pretty much unanimously agreed upon that when they make a movie about Barack Obama, the POTUS should be played by Jaden Smith, right? Thought so. But what if the Obama movie coincides with a remake of Boomerang and a sequel to Waiting to Exhale and every African American actor in Hollywood is booked, so they have to cast a white guy? At last night's MTV Video Music Awards, the dudes from Workaholics shared some pretty good ideas. Meanwhile, keep your eyes peeled for a Nick Swardson video photobomb.
The second season of Workaholics premieres Tuesday, September 20, and the second season of Nick Swardson's Pretend Time premieres Wednesday, October 5.

Jon Stewart on the Perpetual Victims at Fox News
Sorry, I don't have time to write a lengthy intro for this clip from last night's Daily Show. I've got to run and do some volunteer work at a shelter for oppressed and downtrodden conservative pundits.
The Daily Show airs Monday through Thursday at 11/10c.

Listen Live to Stephen Colbert's Speech at the FEC
——
Update 10:45 am: The Colbert SuperPAC has been approved by the FEC in a 5-1 vote.
——
As Stephen mentioned on last night's Colbert Report, he will be in Washington DC this morning for the FEC's ruling on his Super PAC. The proceedings begin at 10/9c (that's like right now) and Stephen is expected to speak around 11/10c. So, you'd better hightail it speed-of-light-style to DC if you want to get there in time.
Or you could just stay in your bathrobe and listen to it live on the FEC's website.
The Colbert Report airs Monday through Thursday at 11:30/10:30c.

Video of Stephen Colbert's Northwestern Commencement Address
From The CC Insider…
On Friday we shared some quotes from Stephen Colbert's commencement address to Northwestern University's class of 2011, and now video of the speech has surfaced. I know what you're thinking, and no, simply watching this address in its entirety does not technically make you a NU graduate. But watching Scrubs reruns doesn't give me a license to practice medicine either, and I haven't let it stop me.
The Colbert Report airs Monday through Thursday at 11:30/10:30c.
