Thanksgiving is, perhaps, the most American of all holidays. It is a time for us to put our political ideologies aside and sit down together — Democrat beside Republican, libertarian beside liberal, Green Party candidate beside employed person — to eat, drink and share the experience of living in this great country.
It is a time to put aside petty squabbles, to stop pointing accusing fingers at one another for defunding this project. Or infringing upon that civil right. Or accidentally downloading the wrong image from the stock photo library once again, even though, like, really, how hard is it to do a simple search and download? You push a couple of buttons. This isn't rocket science.
Anyway, we hope you have a fantastic holiday weekend with your friends and family members — be they princesses, lady bugs, furries or re-animated monstrosities. We'll be back on Monday. See you then.

It's not everyday that the vice president of your country turns 70 years old, especially since many VPs have a tendency to chase squirrels into traffic or wander off into the swamps of D.C. So, when it does happen, it is an occasion deserving of something special.
Or, maybe, seventy something specials.

First off, I feel like we should address the non-sequitous nature of the above image. Let's just say that, should you accidentally download the wrong stock photo from one of those image providing websites, there's no easy process in place for requesting refunds. And some political websites aren't made of money, alright?!
That said, today is the day! It's finally here. So, go vote! If you don't know where your polling place is, Google has a very simple search engine in place to amend that problem within 30 seconds.
Afterwards, maybe reward yourself with a delicious homemade pizza pie?
