Bill Clinton delivered a great speech for President Obama last night, hopefully not in exchange for an "indecent proposal" with Michelle…
Hey girl, during Clinton's 48 minute speech last night, I ran six marathons.

Conservatives complain about length of Clinton speech because 40 minutes is a long time to hold your fingers in your ears.

Paul Krugman once joked that if President Bush said that the Earth was flat, the headlines of news articles would read, "Opinions Differ on Shape of the Earth." Our famed liberal media is terrified of the appearance of bias, which presents a problem, now that we've collectively decided that being "truth vigilantes" is part of reporters' job descriptions and fact-checks are a regular feature of political reporting.
What does one do when one side provides insufficient fodder for the truth mongers in the media? You could go the route of Factcheck.org, which described Bill Clinton's speech as a "fact-checker"s nightmare" because it required "lots of effort required to run down his many statistics and factual claims" while "producing little for us to write about" as "with few exceptions, we found his stats checked out." That sorrow is palpable — they want to tell you that "pants on fire" describes something other than the feeling in voters' loins when Clinton speaks, but alas, they can't.
Or you can go the Associated Press route…

Call me biased, but I thought having Bill Clinton perform a nearly 50-minute long impression of Bill Clinton was a stroke of brilliance on the part of Democrats. It's possible that the man is very talented speaker…
Length of the night's big speech: 49 minutes and 10 seconds. Long enough for a fake Paul Ryan half-marathon.
Minutes of speech enjoyed by Democrats: 49 minutes and 10 seconds.

The only way Clinton could top that is by rollerblading out backwards and spinning around to reveal a “REMEMBER THE ‘90s?” t-shirt. #DNC

Now that we're knee deep in the DNC, it's time to say that what's good for the elephant is good for the jackass. Here are some of the most hilarious tweets about Democrats…
No wonder DNC delegates are so grateful to Obama. He gave them all exemptions from Obamacare.
