Mitt Romney Crashes Jewish Wedding

You, like most people,* may not find Mitt Romney cool. But just listen to one reporter's account of a wild ride in his motorcade…
Hitting speeds of up to 90 mph at times, the motorcade made what had been scheduled as a 61-minute drive in roughly 45 minutes on a route that took us along the Jersey Turnpike to the Garden State Parkway and prompted your pooler to wonder many times if she would live to cover Romney's remarks at the fundraiser tonight.
Whoa! Death-defying high-speed chases? Slap a leather jacket on Mitt and he's Marlon Brando in The Wild One. (Which, incidentally, is Romney's most up-to-date pop culture reference.)
But the excitement didn't end there…
Then, as we turned into Lake Terrace, the motorcade drove past an Orthodox Jewish wedding party that had been posing for pictures outside. Immediately, the family abandoned the bride and groom and began chasing Romney's car in the parking lot, waving cameras.
Reckless joyrides, crashed weddings and mobs of adoring fans — this is the new Mitt Romney, folks. But don't worry if you don't like it. He's pretty good at reinventing himself.

Daily Caller Goes McCarthyist on Jewish Summer Camp
Now that Michele Bachmann has preoccupied herself with keeping America safe from the Muslim Brotherhood, it falls to others to safeguard our nation against largely forgotten threats. Like the Jews. And their summer camps.Take it away, Daily Caller…
A forthcoming report from the conservative organization Americans for Limited Government (ALG) details how President Barack Obama's nominee to head the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) sent her children to a politically left-wing Jewish summer camp with Communist roots.
Obama nominated Erica Groshen to be the BLS commissioner in February, but this new report – obtained by The Daily Caller and set to be released on Thursday – reveals for the first time publicly that she sent her children to Camp Kinderland. The ALG report reveals how "Groshen and her husband are listed in the Kinderland Directory 2011-2012, which indicates that they sent children to the camp during the 1990s and 2000s."
To be clear, this is an adult human being writing this in 2012. He's attacking a Democratic public servant for sending her children to a summer camp founded 89 years ago by Jewish radicals. Bravo!
I'm glad someone finally had the temerity to count the Jews in the Bureau of Labor Statistics. We haven't had a good old-fashioned federal bureaucrat Jew Census since the Nixon administration.
Since "Are you now or have you ever been a camper at a Jewish summer camp?" is set to become a standard question in right-wing vetting, let me admit that this too is a part of my dark past. Though I didn't attend Kinderland, a fount of "unabashed Jewish leftism" described in the ALG report, I did go to day camp at my local Jewish Community Center.
Now that I think about it, there was a disproportionate amount of red in the tie-dye. And if the quality of athletics on display was any indication of our physical preparedness to serve our country in the future, then it's possible we were a budding threat to national security.
