Is Glenn Beck Parodying Stephen Colbert Parodying Bill O'Reilly?
Thanks to NewsBusters for pointing us to this clip of the cast of Morning Joe laughing at Fox News' newest comedian/personality, Glenn Beck…
.
Unfortunately, MSNBC's clip cuts off before they get to the part where they compare Beck to Stephen Colbert…Geist and Scarborough then briefly discussed whether the whole thing's an act, and that Beck is a parody of comedian Stephen Colbert's parody of a conservative talk show host.
It would be nice to image anyone could be that brilliant, wouldn't it?

CNBC's Jim Cramer Responds to Jon Stewart's Response to CNBC's Jim Cramer
CNBC's Mad Money host Jim Cramer and Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough are upset with Jon Stewart. Not just because he's been busy calling out Cramer and other NBC talking heads for their silly and/or embarrassing and/or stupid financial observations after their reporter Rick Santelli had a "Howard Beale moment" on the floor of the CME Group. Oh no. But because Cramer (and pretty much everyone who works at NBC) is a Democrat, and he's supposed to be on their side.
So, the appropriate response — at least as suggested by Joe Scarborough — is probably to follow Jon Stewart are around with a camera 24 hours a day and make fun of everything he does. Fair is fair, right?

Liberalism Sure Isn't What It Used to Be
Change truly has come to the nation. Change of all kinds. Even some words are changing their meanings. Like, for example, "liberal."Balloon Juice points us to this…
Forbes.com has its list of the “The 25 Most Influential Liberals In The U.S. Media“. Here’s some of the people on the list: Maureen Dowd, Tom Friedman, Chris Hitchens, Andrew Sullivan, Fareed Zakaria, Fred Hiatt.
Come on! Where's Christopher Buckley? He said something nice about Barack Obama once. What about Joe Scarborough? He's on MSNBC; that must qualify him as a liberal, right?
Wait a minute! Scott McClellan's not on the list? He wrote a book that was critical of his time spent in Bush's administration. If that doesn't make you a liberal, what does?
And, really, couldn't we get Sean Hannity on that list? He supports the Emancipation Proclamation. Doesn't that qualify him for consideration?

Obama Gets Elected and Everything Goes to F**king Sh*t
Well, we all knew this was going to happen. We elect a Democrat and the fabric of cultural decency begins to unravel faster than you can say "comprehensive fisting lessons for kindergartners." Joe Scarborough is a Republican and even he can't resist poisoning the airwaves with wanton f-bombs.
Ten bucks says Nancy Grace does her show topless tonight.

Joe Scarborough: Jon Stewart and The Daily Show are "Hacks for the Democratic Party"
Here's Joe Scarborough from earlier this morning on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" talking to Mika Brzezinski and CNBC's John Harwood about the New York Times article on Jon Stewart and other comedians' supposed difficulty making fun of Barack Obama…
Joe Scarborough: I don't want to hear anybody from The Daily Show or any of these other shows ever saying again, "We speak truth to power." Because you know what they do? They speak truth to Republicans. Republicans are funny. they've been idiots and jackasses over the past seven years. But, please, don't be subversive, because you're not. Because you're a hack. A hack for the Democratic Party, and you only tell jokes about one side.
Mika Brzezinski: No, this is not about being in the tank.
John Harwood: I don't think they're hacks for the Democratic Party.
Joe Scarborough: They're hacks.
Mika Brzezinski: You are unbelievable.
I know I should make a joke in here somewhere, but I just can't find anything funny to say about Joe Scarborough. He's not buffoonish in any way.
