#NotIntendedToBeAFactualStatement Still Going Strong
Who would have thought that Sen. Jon Kyl had it in him to create such an infectious Internet meme?! Well, to be fair, Stephen Colbert probably deserves a little bit of the credit, since he was the one who introduced the #NotIntendedToBeAFactualStatement hashtag.
But he never could have done it without Kyl's brilliant defense for having the amazingly false claim that abortions account for over 90 percent of Planned Parenthood's activities. So, credit where credit is due. Hats off to Sen. Kyl. His meme is still meme-ing itself across the memernet at an amazing speed. Even congressional Democrats have started playing along in their own lame way.
Here's a few of our favorites culled from the (literally thousands) currently on Twitter…

Obviously, This Stuff Stephen Colbert Is Saying About Sen. Jon Kyl on Twitter Is #NotIntendedToBeAFactualStatement
On last night's Report, Stephen came to the defense of Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) whom people have been making some fun of recently simply because he made up ridiculous statistics about Planned Parenthood and tried to pass them off as truth on the the Senate floor. Take a look…
So, get that through your heads people. Sen. Kyl's remark about 90 percent of Planned Parenthood's resources going toward aborting babies…
"was not intended to be a factual statement but rather to illustrate that Planned Parenthood, an organization that receives millions in taxpayer dollars, does subsidize abortions," Kyl's staff says in a statement.
Exactly! All kinds of things can be not intended to be a factual statement. Probably enough to fill up a whole hashtag on Twitter. Speaking of which…

Also speaking of which, all of these.
