Anthony Weiner, Rand Paul and Larry Wilmore Make with the Funny at the 2011 Congressional Correspondents' Dinner
Last night, the Radio and Television Correspondents Association held its annual Congressional Correspondents' Dinner, giving Washington insiders a peak into the inner lives of struggling desperate stand-up comedians. The consensus seems to be that Rep. Anthony Weiner stole the show, but The Daily Show's Larry Wilmore was also super strong, and Sen. Rand Paul got in a few good zingers.

Larry Wilmore on Mark Twain and the N-Word
On last night's Daily Show, Larry Wilmore addressed the controversy surrounding a new edition of Huckleberry Finn in which the n-word is replaced with "slave," and he definitely makes a convincing argument against the edits. That said, I think we can all agree that the n-word should be removed from The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County. Totally inappropriate.

Daily Show: Barack Obama Is Not a Magic Negro
On last night's Daily Show, Larry Wilmore gave Jon Stewart a dose of reality by pointing out that President Obama is not a magic negro, and is in fact just a normal fallible human being like every other President we've had (except Fillmore, who was a werewolf.) Well, I'm glad. Partly because I want Americans to have realistic expectations for the President, but mostly because this will help build support for my grassroots campaign to get Kazaam to run in 2012.
